The AHS plumber gave up (without trying very hard) on clearing my drain and recommended tearing out a vanity and the toilet to install new pipes because he said my CAST IRON pipes had collapsed...it was baloney! AHS calls this a "MODIFICATION" which is not covered by the warranty. Don't fall for this tactic! Wally from Zest brought in his equipment and 30 minutes later my drain was working properly.
