"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. We found Frank on craigslist and I did a lot of homework before we decided on him. He promptly came out for an initial estimate.

He could have not have been any more understanding or nicer. He listen to what we needed and then gave me several different options.

No pressure sale B.S. He knows his stuff inside and out.

Gave a deposit and a week later the work was done. Everything looks great.

Only time will tell about the unit but Frank has made a customer for life.

I never write these reviews but felt that the negative review he already had did not warrant his

"Pat and son came out after my dryer thermostat broke again and wasn't heating up. They opened up the piping and it was pristine. They didn't charge me for cleaning which was honest and noteworthy. Gave me some tips on how to get a more efficient load. Definitely recommend."

"AC was installed by another company listed on Angie's in 2014. Without a maintenance agreement, they charged $89+tax just to come out and check the system. I was then told that the coil needed to be acid washed at a cost of an additional $207+tax. I thought this a bit much for a system that was not that old. Herring's had an offer on Angie's for $84.55 for a 20-point Tune-up including cleaning the coil. Andrew from Herring's checked out the system in the attic and the outside unit and found that the amount of coolant in the system was not what the manufacturer specified. He added two pounds and only charged for one pound @$80, in addition to the $89. He said the coil did not need cleaning. He also suggested we try using a thinner filter in the return vent to see if that helps. A friend has since told me that $80 per pound for coolant is steep, but since he gave one pound free it worked out about right. The AC seemed to be working much better, but the weather cooled down and we have not had 90+ degree days since then, In fact, it has been off for two days of cool weather. I will see how it does when we get another hot spell."

"Mike Zam and his worker Albert cleaned all my air ducts, registers, and dryer vent. I paid $530 for the first 15 ducts and vents. After that I paid $20 per additional duct and vent. I paid $100 for the dryer vent cleaning for a total of $740. While the work was being completed Mr. Zam made a strong sales pitch for another $1400 to be paid for an Air Scrubbers Plus--a whole house air purifier which is attached to the furnace. He also strongly advised me to pay another $310 to have the coil blades in my furnace cleaned. (I got him down to $270) While he was taking the bottom part of my Lennox furnace apart he received a phone call. He then told me he had to leave and than another service man would call me the next day to do the job. As a result, I had time to call my HVAC service man to discuss these high price additions. He informed me that neither was needed. I checked online regarding the Air Scubbers Plus and found out that the whole- house air purifier's effectiveness greatly diminishes the farther away a room is from the unit. After the men (about 2 1/2 hrs or so) I discovered a lower register hanging off the wall in my living room. In my bedroom the upper and lower registers were reinstalled backwards, making it impossible to slide the lever controlling the louvers. To move the lever necessitated a hammer and a screwdriver. My recommendation to anyone considering air duct cleaning is to watch the process closely. I did not with Eco Friendly Services. And I regret it."

" I called about 1 pm and he was here, at work, by 5pm!  I have used his services before and I knew he would do an excellent job on a complicated task, but I did not expect immediate service!
He blew out and vacuumed the duct.  He cleaned up all the lint and mess.  Once again, he was extremely pleasant and competently professional.  He tested the dryer and unfortunately, the thermostat apparently had been ruined by a high interior heat.  I will have to call Mr. Tim,  excellent appliance repairman.
Before we began with Keystone, we had been plagued by birds nesting in the dryer vent. The last time he was here, he installed a sturdy cage over the opening and we were pleased to see that no birds had invaded the duct.
He finished the job promptly and noted on the statement that the vent should be cleaned every year.  Now I know just how accurate his prediction is and I will try to get the call in before the dryer has suffered damage.
 I am so pleased with his work, his attitude and his pleasant manner that I can recommend him without reservation   I will continue to rely on his service.
