"Hello, I am requesting assistance from a licensed plumber/gas fitter for gas service restoration at my property: 1239 Maple Ave. Baltimore, MD 21227 BGE has determined that the prior gas service was abandoned and is now processing the project as a new gas service line and exterior meter installation. BGE will be meeting me on-site on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM to review and approve the proposed exterior meter location. I need a licensed plumber/gas fitter who can either attend that BGE site visit or come immediately afterward to evaluate the work required on the customer side of the gas system. The scope of work includes: - Inspecting the existing gas piping to determine whether any portion can be safely reused; - Extending, repairing, or replacing internal gas piping as needed; - Establishing the new customer-side gas connection point for the exterior BGE meter; - Pulling the required gas/plumbing permit; - Performing the required pressure test; - Coordinating the requir"

"I found my water heater leaking just after 9 AM. Called and was given a quote over the phone. They arrived by 11 AM and were done by 2:30. Very good service. They covered my floors with drop cloths, cleaned up nicely and hauled away the old unit. Price included the new water heater, a new shutoff, valve, fittings, drip pan and expansion tank. Professional service done very promptly at a fair price. I was extremely satisfied!"

"I met Jeff at my daughter's house to have several things done: replace her ultraviolet bulb, replace her water filter, hook up her water softener (she had recently purchased her home), and her washer needed the P trap put in which she had purchased. Jeff did all those things and checked her well system (the tank needed air). I was so pleased with Jeff's work and so glad there is an Angie's list! I had an appointment with a water treatment co. to change my ultraviolet light and cancelled it. Jeff came and changed the bulb, checked out my water softener, and put air in the water tank (which was not done ever by the repair guy from the water treatment co. I've used for years). Jeff listed things that would need to be replaced on the well gauge and switch and softener down the road. My husband appreciates the pressure in the shower! Excellent work. Considering the water conditioning guys charge $196 for only changing the bulb, we will definitely use Jeff's American Clean Water each year."
