"Although I was pleased with the initial installation, I feel they let me down somewhat with follow-up service. When A/C is out in Florida, it's a big deal, and the customer expects rapid response. I did not receive call backs in a timely manner. In addition, I learned after hiring a different company for repairs that Larry Pearson's team incorrectly wired one of our two new A/C units during the initial install. This resulted in a false error code being sent by the unit. This review updates an earlier, more positive one."

After being conned by another company, who claimed the unit had to be replaced and was not repairable, this young lady proved them wrong in a heart beat. "The repair went well but had to deduct a couple of stars on the rating for a few reasons. 1. When they went to clean the air handler, they said it sprayed out. Not sure what they meant but some kind of gunk/dirt flew out all over the hallway, on the ceiling, on the walls, everywhere. 2. They took the unit to the backyard and were about to spray their Acid/cleaner over it in the middle of my lawn. Fortunately, they came to alert me right before starting and I told them not to ruin my lawn with acid and move it to the front of the house in the driveway. They still only moved it to my front lawn where I have rocks placed but they should have just moved it to the driveway like I originally asked since they were dealing with acid. 3. My most concerning part was a day later, I happened to be reviewing my security camera and saw that they came back the same day around 8pm (6 hours after they left) and they just walked into my backyard. I could not make out what they took on camera but I am assuming they left something of theirs in the backyard. It would have been nice if they called me or left a message ahead of time to let me know they needed to come back. Perhaps I could have made arrangements to be there or place their item on the porch. They took it upon themselves to just come back whenever they felt like it and just walk into my backyard unannounced. I would not have even known if I did not check the security camera. For future reference, maybe not trespass when your work has been completed and a simple courtesy call would have sufficed. All in all, they fixed the repair I needed. Seemed to be on pare with other competitive prices."
