He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. "I can't say enough good things about Econ. We originally contacted them for a mouse problem. Between the great reviews they had and the special they were running we contacted them. The woman we talked to in the office, I believe her name was Debbie, was so nice and very professional. She told us about an upgrade which would covered a multitude of things not just the mice. She never pressured us to take the upgrade just fully explained it to us and let us make the decision. We went for the upgrade.  They were here just 2 days after we set-up the appointment. David, the technician, arrived right on time. He too was very nice, very professional and very knowledgeable. We walked the house and I showed him all the areas we were having troubles. He fully explained to me what he was going to do and how everything would work. He answered all my questions. Once we finished with the tour David set to work. He was very quick and efficient. After he let me know what was done and what we needed to do so they can track the progress of what they had done (i.e. vacuum old mouse droppings, etc...). He mentioned that since we had the pool and a large wooded area behind our house that Econ does do a mosquito service and he gave us the pricing for it. Again he never pressured he only presented the information.  It will take a while to determine if what they have done is effective, but I can say without hesitation if you are looking for an exterminator these guys are very good.

"All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me. He replaced everything under the sink and showed me what he was doing each step of the way. I think that he is a great plumber if you want to get quality work and learn about each job too."

"Company did a good job last summer with 3 bay windows, so I called them back when the rest of the windows in the house needed to be replaced. On the initial visit, I told the rep that I wanted the same windows as last year. He quickly found the job order and picked up the details of the window make/model/etc without any need for me to reinvent the order. The company had the opportunity to try to upsell me, as I asked them about replacement of the skylight in the bathroom. Refreshingly, they declined to do so and told me that it would be much better to wait until we needed to get the roof re-done, and to do the window at that time. As before, the first guy clearly explained the process: guy 1 to take the order and measure the windows, later follow-up visit from guy 2 to remeasure all the windows carefully before ordering their construction, and then a couple of months later, a follow-up call from their HQ to schedule the install. He gave me an approximate window for this scheduling call. It was a pretty broad time-frame because there had been an unusually large number of people needing custom windows. As before, everything went off exactly as the rep indicated. The install team showed up within a half-hour of the estimated time, and installed 11 windows without taking a break. They removed every scrap of rubbish, vacuumed thoroughly, and left the place as clean as it was when they arrived."
