"The service tech that came to our house, John, was very courteous, very knowledgeable and detected several issues that he explained in detail and it was easy to concur with his assessments. He found a big clog in a very old pipe, which had broken as he was inspecting it. This clog had been giving us problem and was preventing the air from turning on. He ran to home depot, bought a replacement part and installed it, at no additional charge! He also vacuumed the heating unit and installed a new latch to hold the filter in place. He took the time to explain about the need to ensure the filter is secure so dirt and dust does not work its way into the main unit (Which would be very bad!). He examined the outside air conditioner and we scheduled another appointment in 6 months for a nice general check up. The outside unit may have a leak, which we were previously aware of, but he provided us additional details and let us know what our future options may be. We decided in 6 months, when they return for the semi-annual service we signed up for, that we could see how everything is looking. Very happy with the experience with Magnolia!"

"Sev was a total gentleman & didn’t mind letting me know the problems he was having while diagnosing the overall situation, which is very important to me. He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed! I’m grateful & my tears of relief are real. I don’t do well in the heat & my landlord is not really able to help me with this issue now. I can finally rest well tonight! "Let me start by saying that we have a home warranty service. We noticed water leaking from under our furnace and didn't like the company our warranty service selected. (We suffered in 90° weather for several days.) We decided to look at Angie's List & Yelp for another company. We found rave reviews for RKM. The person who answered the phone was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. It was refreshing. We were going to pay their service fee to have their technician come out & diagnose our problem. Ron was the technician who came to our house. He was personable, very knowledgeable, & did a great job explaining each step he took. He mentioned the Comfort Care maintenance program & explained how it worked. We purchased this service, which covered the work that he did, plus maintenance on our HVAC system for one year. He took lots of pictures of the work he did on our unit (which he included in his report). He checked our A/C compressor & cleaned it thoroughly. Ron taught us a lot about our HVAC system. The professionalism, knowledge, & experience of RKM was head over heels above that of other companies we've used in the past. We would definitely recommend RKM!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
