I noticed in our mail thing that we are due for service on our system to keep our warranty up; to do so we are actually going to do a maintenance contract with them  it is about $96 yearly, but they come out and do inspections and everything. The owner is the one who came out and gave us a quote. We had them replace another system which was nor working correctly so the first the thing they did was send someone to inspect the old system to see what were the problems. They fixed it on the spot for free and did not even charge us to come out. They were very nice, courteous and stayed in contact with us the entire time. They were very nice, professional and they got the job done in an efficient manner. They did not charge us an insane amount of money for it. We had a name brand system. It was a well worth investment to have it done right.

"Very good! Chris called me almost immediately after I registered on Angie's List. I had already been told by my regular HVAC service tech that a replacement unit would cost about $7000 if paid in cash or offered me a financing/service contract for 10 years at $140+ a month!! Come on guys! Chris with B&B came by the next day (Monday), we talked and he offered to replace my current Goodman units with slightly better rated ones for $4500 and would do it the next day! He and his assistance were done in under the 3 hours the next day that Chris said it would take. Very happy with the products and the services so far!! "I live way out in the sticks (40-50 minute drive) so it was great that they service homes that far out. Called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. He even took his shoes off out of concern for my carpet! He was very knowledgeable, took the time to answer my questions and explain what I did or did not need. Didn't try to "get over on me" or sell me something I didn't need. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again myself."

"Everything turned out well in the end. They had a few problems on the way but they fixed them. We’ve had them out for different things like the furnace, air conditioning and things like that. The main problem this time was, it wasn’t the same person that came out each time. One person made a mistake and then someone else had to come out and fix it. The person who made the mistake should have noticed they were doing something wrong. I don’t know if they were less experienced or if they didn’t pay attention or what it was. When we called and said there was a problem, they did get it corrected. They sent out somebody I guess with more experience and he took care of it. Overall I’m happy and would use them again. They did our furnace several years ago. I haven’t called or compared their prices to anyone. I have talked to friends who have had similar things done and they said the price is probably about right. It wasn’t a very professional way to did it though. I would use their services again in the future."

HOUSE STARTED TO COOL, THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND IT WAS DONE THE SAME DAY,
I WILL CALL THEM EVERYTIME IF I NEED SERVICE ON MY HOME APPLIANCES OR
HVAC SYSTEM AGAIN.
THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY PROFESIONAL HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN TO ME EVERY SINGLE THING THAT HE CHECKED AND SHOWED ME THE DEFFECTIVE PARTS, I COULD SEE THE CAPASITOR ALL INFLATED READY TO EXPLODE AND THE CONTACTOR WITH BLACK BURN SPOTS, TO ME THAT HE DID A GREAT JOB AND HE WAS VERY HONEST EXPLAINING ALL WHAT HE FOUND.
