He pointed out problems that were minor, major, or had the potential to be major. We discussed options and timing. Since our system is old, it will be difficult to repair some of the parts and pieces while others would be fairly standard. "I had central A.C. installed - Jonathan Neves (owner) offered an outstanding price, he uses friendly hard-working installers who did quality workmanship. J. walked me through all the possible rebates I could qualify for, and I ended up spending about 80% of what other contractors bid for my job. Definitely would do business with him again. Only reason for 4.5 stars on customer service was that there doesn't seem to be an office assistant to answer phone inquiries, so often the only way to communicate is via voicemails left on Jonathan's phone."
