"Corey was able to fix our dryer in a quick and efficient way, we will definitely use for any future appliance repairs or needs in the future!"

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"Jerrad came out the same day we called and had our dryer fixed within an hour. He explained why the issue occurred and how to change our behavior to prevent future problems. He also did the work under warranty since he had previously repaired the part, even though it was our usage habits that caused it to fail. Prompt, professional and friendly serviceâ we highly recommend!"

"Amanda fixed my busted dryer. It stopped drying clothes, basically every setting was tumble dry. Amanda arrived within the scheduled time window, she was friendly and professional. She got right to work and diagnosed the issue as a heating element within 20, maybe 25 minutes. Amanda went out to get the part needed and she was back the same day to install it. She tested it out to make sure it was working as it should, she also gave it a good once over to make sure everything else was in good shape before she left. I was very satisfied with the level of service provided, from scheduling to diagnosis and repair. She made what could be a stressful situation, very easy and seemless."

"Called him on a Sunday with a broken dryer. He came the same day fixed my issue. Happy with price, promptness of the service, as well as the service itself."

"Called the company and was able to schedule a visit for dryer repair. The serviceman (Bill) called prior to his scheduled visit to find out model and serial# of the dryer, so that he could bring relevant parts and get the repair job done right away. He arrived shortly afterwards, identified the problem, replaced the damaged parts and cleaned the dryer. He fixed the problem and the dryer is now running smoothly. I was pleased with the prompt and professional service and would hire Superior Appliance again."

"Really liked the repairman. Very professional"

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."
