Within a day I had the estimate with 3 options from low to high, all of which were reasonable the only difference being what equipment I wanted to install. Option #1 and #2 were lower end brands that were less expensive but since the difference in price betwee Option #1 and Option #3 was about $1400, I went to Option #3 which was their top tier brand, Carrier that clearly is an industry leader and trusted brand for longevity. I was installing a SINGLE ductless to cool a standard bedroom size room with a 18,000 BTU unit. The job took a total of about 5 hours since they were mounting the unit in a second floor bedroom and they needed to run the power/refrigerant lines two stories down to the compressor mounted on the wall. Everyone from Office Staff Jim to installers were absolutely wonderful to deal with. You can trust this company."

We had multiple quotations and they were significantly better than the rest. This did solve our issue completely!"

First technician tried to lie and state that the heat exchanger was cracked to make us replace the entire system when it only ended up being a doubled HVAC filter placed by tenant. $378 total paid for labor and to install a $6.37 MERV 8 HVAC filter. Then numerous wasted phone calls just to get the final invoices. Management will NOT return calls to address any concerns for the consumer so any response saying to contact their office is just another lie."
