I went Very well.  I contacted Liberty in the afternoon about a compressor unit that was tripping off at the power (fuse) box.

Despite it being late in the afternoon, he dispatched a technician that had finished up a job and was heading home. The tech showed up within a few minutes of the ETA and began to work.

After several different tests and measurements, both time consuming. he finally diagnosed the problem and determined that it would be better to replace the unit than to repair it, As a new unit would start a warranty, of which my old unit had just expired a few months prior.

The tech stated he would order the compressor and it would probably take a week to get it.

I got a call from the owner stating the same thing.

TWO DAYS later, they had the compressor in and came and installed it with no problems.

If you need a/c and/or heating systems worked on, Sean is the guy to fix your problems. Although I believe any of the other employees would be just as valuable in getting the job done.

and added note: this is a veteran owned business and well worth giving your business to them.

I will be using them for my (advised) annual heating and a/c inspection and tune up, plus any plumbing situations that may arise.

"I interviewed a number of 4 potential HVAC providers and decided on Cool Air Solutions.  Overall their pricing was the best for the quality of equipment that I wanted when you took into account that they were able to obtain rebates from SDG&E for the installation.  They handled all the paperwork and guaranteed the rebates (in other words if I didn't qualify for some reason, they would eat the difference).  
Justin did the estimate and evaluation and was quite thorough and came up with a variety of options at different price levels including rapidly working up quotes when I had other combinations to consider based on other quotes I received from other providers.  They had no issue with me wanted the work properly permitted and had no issue with handling all of the paperwork involved.
In terms of the installation, they were able to schedule around my schedule and get it done reasonably rapidly considering that this was during the heatwave in September, and were ahead to let me know their schedule on the day of, when traffic interfered with on-time arrival (they are Temecula based which is about 40 miles from Job site).  The job ran over time when they ran into some electrical issues, but they brought another crew the following day to complete the job and persisted until the job was done correctly, even coming back another time to ensure that there were no further issues.  Since they use a dry wall subcontractor, they ran out and bought a metal plate to cover all holes in the dry wall until he could come and ensured that this was completed before accepting any payment.
They were also fine with me holding back a portion of their payment until final permit inspections cleared to ensure that all work was done to both my and the city's satisfaction (which took months for the City to get around to scheduling meaning that they did not receive the rest of their money for months with no complaints demonstrating their confidence that they would pass or follow-through on any deficiencies)
All in all, an excellent job and excellent service recovery when there were little hiccups.  Office follow-up by Selina has been good, both by phone and e-mail with all questions that I had.  Highly recommend for their dedication to high quality work at very competitive prices (and I have already to other friends)

"If you need a reputable honest company for your Cooling and heating system maintenance or repair then you need to call Hutchinson. Orlando is one of the good ones. Honest and tries his best to help his customers. My experience over the last year and a half with trying to get my Air Conditioning unit fixed by other local Temecula/Murrieta companies has been bad to say the least. Two other companies that I called told me that I needed replace my whole system for $12,000 or just my A/C unit for $5,000-$7,000.
