Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

He could have just given me a quote for a new unit but went out of his way to repair my unit, telling me what to look for in the future, and charged me less than half of what I was charged by my â service â carrier, who was totally wrong as to what the problem was.
