They came and did the job in one visit and haven't had any issues. It took about half of a day to complete this job.  I could have shopped around and gotten a cheaper price. "The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."

He came later in the afternoon and spent a lot of time discussing possible install options. Later, in the evening, Josh sent quotes for the two main options we had discussed. The prices were in the range of other quotes. After talking with my wife, we decided to go with one of Josh's proposals. The choice was largely influenced by the thoughtful, thorough work Josh had shown during his visit and the timely, complete proposals he sent, and, of course, the price. I signed the agreement form that was included with the proposal and paid the required deposit. Wednesday morning Josh and Jordan showed up a little past 11am. They went right to work, removing the old heater and installing the new. Josh's work was as good as his visit had suggested. The project was completed shortly after 2pm!"
