"Bill was professional and well prepared from our first visit. He was very knowledgable, answered all my questions and didn't try to upsell me. When I asked about a more expensive unit, he said he'd be happy to sell it to me but he really didn't think I needed it. On installation day he and his crew were on time and ready to go. I wasn't home when he replaced the thermostat but my aunt said he was very meticulous about cleaning up, making sure not to leave any mess behind. I truly appreciate his professionalism, knowledge and kindness and would highly recommend him!"

"After a sleepless night (too hot) with little AC, I put in a request for AC service with Angi. Within seconds of completing my request, one hour Heating and Air Conditioning reached out. I scheduled service for a few hours later that same day. Cody came out and worked on the system for around two hours to resolve our issue. He stayed long enough to insure the system was working as it should. Upon completion I was expecting a fairly large bill for the service but was delighted to find I could sign up for regular service for a small fee. Everything is working great and we are happy and Cool!"

"The entire process from beginning to end was seamless. Lisa and her team provide excellent communication on the project throughout the entire process. I couldn’t be happier. Originally, I just wanted the house painted, but it turned out we needed to replace some wood siding and Pablo did an excellent job. Pablo is phenomenal and is a perfectionist. I am so thrilled and happy every time I go outside to look at my home. We even had new windows installed- Lisa facilitated the process for the new windows and it was an excellent experience overall. I would hire them again and actually I plan too this fall when I need some additional help on the outside of my home. Excellent pricing,excellent communication, top-notch service. They cleaned up everything which was a huge plus! "The service request and response time was fast and easy. This company has a no nonsense approach to servicing all HVAC repairs. I was given quotes by multiple different companies who all said that I needed to replace the entire system which would have been (10k-20k). Desert Heroes HVAC came out to address the issue and had my unit running better than it has since I bought the house 3 years prior and Saved me thousands and even reached out to check on their work afterword. I know everyone's experience might be different but I couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommend if you want honest prices and quotes that don't try to get you to spend extra. I have a fairly old unit so I know eventually I will need to get it replaced but this company was able to get the cold air flowing again so now I have some time to save up and eventually get the full replacement. Also I suggest letting them get the parts for you because I did try to buy the suggested parts to save money but they will always be able to get the parts you need at a better price. 10 out 10 company."
