Even though the system is operating fine, and another company last year said everything was OK, they recommended replacing two parts for a total of about $450. This doesn't make sense since the furnace is working fine and we have a home warranty. Overall this seemed like a heavy marketing call to sell $32 worth of parts at high markup in case they failed. But I say to everyone, one employee is not necessarily indicative of a quality company (...and we all know, at least, one employee at our job that is not so great).
