"During 2 calls totaling 3.5 hours of work they cleaned the pool which was FULL of leaves. They also solved 3 other problems and included parts. The problems were 1) Polaris booster pump not working - they replaced a capacitor. 2) the large o-ring seal in the lid of the main pump had gone flat and was causing the pump to draw air - new o-ring. 3) The main pump was leaking between the pump and the motor causing the loss of water - replaced gasket, seal and o-ring. These are all problems that have plagued our pool for months and they quickly found and resolved the problems. In my opinion these folks know what they are doing."

I am pretty mechanical minded and have replaced just about every part on the pool pump, but could not get the pump to prime, no matter which of the tricks we all try. Chris at North Tarrant Pool Repair was the only service to answer the phone at 5PM. Chris coached me through several other trouble shooting steps but pump would not cycle up pressure. Chris could have told me to wait until Monday, but instead he came right out and got the pump kicking out normal pressure. THANK YOU, CHRIS! Great job. Courteous. Professional.
