"The representative came on time and listened carefully to my thoughts of a split ductless system. He suggested full house central air and showed me how it could be done, have ducts i stalled and cost less than a ductless system. His experience of over 20 years as a technician as well gave me a lot of confidence. He made a general proposal and came back in a few days for my convenience and I signed the contract. The duct crew finished in one day and were careful, explained things and left no mess. Then the ac was installed and tested in one day. Again polite, clearly communicated. Once the system started up late spring I am so glad I did this! No more noise from room ac, no shutting doors to keep one room cool. The humidity is normal and makes a huge positive difference. I highly recommend HARP. I switched my heating system to them as well after my experience with the AC i stall. Thank you HARP!"

Their service techs are knowledgeable, and when the tech who came to my house couldn't diagnose the problem, he called in a more seasoned tech. "The guys that came out to do our home energy audit where very professional.  They gave me an overall explanation of what they would be doing and as they did their work they updated me regularly as to what they where about to do next as they completed each part.   They found my boiler was a bit out of spec on the amount of CO2 it was producing and I suggested i have it looked at.  I took them up on getting one of their maintance teams over to look at it and to my surprise they where able to be here before the Home energy audit guys left so they where able to explain what they found face to face.  It turned out to be nothing major just a bent piece of metal a little to close to the flame cause a lose of efficient burn.
