As soon as I made a decision and asked about next steps, he not only told me every step but accurately broke it down to how much time it would take. I was worried because if he missed his projected window I would not make my virtual meeting for work. He not only completed on time, he explained everything to my fiancée and she noted how meticulous and careful he was in our house and with the disposal of the old water heater plus the clean installation of the new one. "After a manufacturer defective water heater was initially installed, Conn Ect Plumbing replaced it with another one that does exactly what a water heater is supposed to do, not make noise or leak. Alton came out and was extremely apologetic for the original one (not the company's fault) and installed the new water heater. He is extremely professional and my dogs loved him"
