"Matthew replaced 8 angle stops under my 4 bathroom sinks. My old angle stops were 20 years old. Though they were not leaking, after replacing my bathroom sinks and faucets a couple weeks ago I knew the old valves couldn't handle many more twists. After the angle stops were replaced he showed me the insides of them and I could see how each was failing. The "grit" inside was also causing the faucet's hot water pressure to dwindle dramatically. I now have great pressure in all faucets. Matthew arrived on time, worked efficiently, was friendly and respectful, and cleaned up afterward. This is the 4th project I have hired Matthew for, and I always learn something valuable re: plumbing. I feel very relieved to have this project checked off my to do list!"

There was no upselling or attempts to convince us to replace our garbage disposal which two of the other plumbers recommended we do. We saw no reason to replace our disposal which functions well and is not that old. Long story, but Seatown was HONEST and one of the few companies that came same-day as they told us we were an “emergency” due to the gas leak, so I appreciated that, too. "I hired Alex from Pete’s Plumbing to do A LOT of work for us, and boy, am I pleased! We bought a rustic cabin, with no water line, drainage, vents, etc. for most appliances (including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge). He installed the plumbing and ventilation systems for ALL THREE appliances, and also fixed a leak in our sink. Not to mention he fixed a problem we had assembling the pipes for a new bathroom vanity. FINALLY, Alex assembled and built out the plumbing for an extremely large and cumbersome dog bath in our basement, as well as found specialty parts that the bath required. Ragen and Zach not only took the time to figure out the extent of the problem, but they made sure I understood and knew what my options were, without pressuring me to hire them. Rather than replace the entire drain system as recommended by another company, they discovered the problem areas where roots were growing into the pipes and were able to replace just the necessary sections effectively and efficiently. This included excavating and trenching the line from a tiny crawl space, redirecting the line to a much more practical location outside the house, adding gravel around the new pipe, reconnecting the line to the unaffected section, and complete and tidy cleanup of my yard, all in two days.
