"My air conditioner died on one of the hottest weeks of summer. In the morning I called JRB and within two hours I had Jesse at my house working to fix things. It wound up being a fairly complicated problem that required several days of work. The woman who answered the phone each time I had to call back was lovely and answered the phone promptly each time. Jesse was patient about each return visit and when he explained to problems and the steps he was taking to mitigate them he didn't overly simplify things or act like I wouldn't understand him (a rarity when it comes to technicians walking to women). In all, I found Jesse to be extremely knowledgeable and professional, and JRB to be a great service provider. A+, would absolutely hire them again, definitely recommend them to everyone."

"All I can say is Gary and his team from Brickhaas has done it again. Had a problem with my A/C unit. Called several companies. Brickhaas gave me an appointment for Tuesday 7/16. Another company showed up on Monday 7/15. They diagnosed problem as bad capacitor. After replacing capacitor technician told me my compressor was blown and I needed a new A/C unit. Brickhaas showed up less than 1 hour after technician left and replaced capacitor and now I have central air again. Excellent company! Recommending them to others. Great service, great price and staff technicians are knowledgeable. Kudos to Don H."

"We have the Reliable Homeworks coverage from Peoples, so I placed a call to their emergency number this morning, Sunday, July 24th, at approximately 10 am. They told me a rep from Wade Heating and Cooling would be giving me a call. At just past Noon I got a call from one of their techs in response to my request for service. He said that he was nearby and would be by my house in approximately a half hour. He did arrive in that time. I had explained to him what had happened when my A/C stopped working. He thought he knew what the issue was before he even got here. As soon as he arrived he got to work. Long story short, he had our A/C up and running in a half hour, by 1:00 pm, an hour after he called me back. Now that's what I call service. Wonderful cool air is coming out of my vents again and cooling my house back down, couldn't be happier. The tech was very professional and friendly, and obviously knew his job well."

The male tech was prompt, polite and had a list of what was suppose to done. When done he checked his list and then asked if I was satisfied. And one step further asked if there was anything else that he could do. I am thoroughly satisfied with this company and the tech that actually did my apartment. "OK, I had Tom from 412 Martin electricians come out to fix my air conditioner. They did a fantastic job. He was very honest and upfront with me and did not try to upsell me. He also noticed my main breaker was aged deteriorated and did me a favor and Change that as well while he was here at Bargin!"
