"My air conditioner died on one of the hottest weeks of summer. In the morning I called JRB and within two hours I had Jesse at my house working to fix things. It wound up being a fairly complicated problem that required several days of work. The woman who answered the phone each time I had to call back was lovely and answered the phone promptly each time. Jesse was patient about each return visit and when he explained to problems and the steps he was taking to mitigate them he didn't overly simplify things or act like I wouldn't understand him (a rarity when it comes to technicians walking to women). In all, I found Jesse to be extremely knowledgeable and professional, and JRB to be a great service provider. A+, would absolutely hire them again, definitely recommend them to everyone."

Mark is an amazing HVAC technician. He knows his stuff and has proven to be trustworthy in his heating/cooling system knowledge and repairs. When I had a recent burdensome furnace ignitor issue arise. ARS was as puzzled as I was. They assured me that they would do what it took to identify and troubleshoot the problem. "John stopped one day to quote us a price, we arranged for the work and a few days later our new furnace and AC units were installed. John's helper arrived promptly, removed our old furnace and AC unit and installed the new one along with a new air cleaner, new thermostat and all new piping. The job was competed professionally and in one day. And everything was cleaned up before he left. We did have one small issue with a leaky condensate drain pipe which was quickly remedied the same day we discovered it. I would recommend John Mullen Home Repair to anyone. "All I can say is Gary and his team from Brickhaas has done it again. Had a problem with my A/C unit. Called several companies. Brickhaas gave me an appointment for Tuesday 7/16. Another company showed up on Monday 7/15. They diagnosed problem as bad capacitor. After replacing capacitor technician told me my compressor was blown and I needed a new A/C unit. Brickhaas showed up less than 1 hour after technician left and replaced capacitor and now I have central air again. Excellent company! Recommending them to others. "I met with 2 or 3 reputable companies in addition to Wade prior to selecting Carrier and Wade for the job. The choice was an easy one. It began with Lonnie, Wade's sales rep. There was no pressure or hype with Lonnie. His communication skills are excellent. Over the course of our discussions, Lonnie prepared several revised proposals at my request as I honed in on what I wanted. Unlike any of the other bidders, Lonnie's proposals were very detailed with costs broken out for various components of the job. I knew exactly what I was buying, both in terms of equipment and services. Lonnie worked with me to reach a fair price. At my request, Lonnie coordinated directly with Air Duct Maintenance so the ducts were cleaned the day prior to the removal of the old furnace and installation of the new. The actual installation was done by Wade installer Ryan, with assistance from Dillon. You will not find a more professional or competent installer than Ryan. During the 2 days that he and Dillon were here, I happened to be working on a project on the same floor as the furnace. In those 2 days, I actually can't recall Ryan ever having a conversation about any topic other than my installation. He was laser focused on my installation. As part of his job, Dillon installed a new pad for the AC compressor. Every aspect of the job was done carefully and neatly. Following the installation, Ryan walked me through use of the new thermostat. He took his time, did not rush me through it and made sure I was satisfied. Finally, every one I have spoken with over the phone at Wade HQ has been friendly, accommodating and followed through when they said they would. If you are replacing your heating and cooling system, I would encourage you to consider Wade H&C. I'm glad I did."
