"Woke up on the coldest day of winter (so far) to find our furnace had stopped working overnight. called John at about 8:30 a.m., and he had a team of technicians at our home within about two hours. He even stopped out himself to check in, drop off some parts, and talk to me about my long-term needs for a new furnace and A/C unit. The team worked fast, and the charge for the work was even less than they estimated when they'd arrived. This is the second time we've called John's folks for heating or cooling service, and we'll absolutely use and recommend them again."

"All I can say is Gary and his team from Brickhaas has done it again. Had a problem with my A/C unit. Called several companies. Brickhaas gave me an appointment for Tuesday 7/16. Another company showed up on Monday 7/15. They diagnosed problem as bad capacitor. After replacing capacitor technician told me my compressor was blown and I needed a new A/C unit. Brickhaas showed up less than 1 hour after technician left and replaced capacitor and now I have central air again. Excellent company! Recommending them to others.
