"Great service at a good price. We needed a heat pump to replace a very old one but I did not want to spend a ton of money. What is great about S & S is that in addition to offering famous but expensive brands of heat pumps they also have less famous but less expensive ones. We decided to get the less famous brand and saved a lot of money. And the new heat pump is so much better than the old one. It is extremely quiet and totally automatic. Frank and Matt did a great job of installing the unit without creating a lot of noise or a big mess. And there were no surprises or extra expenses to deal with.
