He arrived even sooner than our agreed time, although I live a hour away.Immediately, he was very personable. He explained what he was planning to do and why. This was important to me as in the future I can judge the effectiveness/quality of the work. His price was more than reasonable. Iâ ve been living in this house for 45 years and most items are in good shape in the house. But if we happen to need any work this company will get my first call"
