"Install went great. We love our new door. The installers took the time to do it right. They removed the original door without making a big mess or just "banging it out" it was removed smartly to not damage anything that was supposed to remain. They then assessed what they had to work with and built up where needed to make the install of the new door as secure as possible. The new door went in smoothly and looks fantastic. Al throughout the install they would answer any question I had or my children had. They also took care to make sure the alarm wires and doorbell cam were protected from harm during the install and that they worked as expected when done. "Ricardo is a a very patient ,responsive, and personable person. I received an estimate on a Thursday and we started the job  a few days later on Monday. The whole job which was a lot of space to cover took 6 days and they arrived early and stayed late when necessary.               
They removed molding and repainted it which is rare with floor installation specialists . In the past, when I had this done at another one of my properties I had to get a  painter to do this trim work. It was nice that they did everything and I didn't have to call someone else to do the paint and molding work.
They also covered everything with plastic throughout my house. I was a little nervous given I have a lot of high end electronics and speakers but  they were covered properly. 
 My house looks great and overall is was a very good experience.
