Soon after we had the same water flooding our garage, they came back w/o problem replaced area witha solid wall opposed to previos open wall, still continued to flood, they sent out original rep who quoted another $1100 to add more drainage system where i originally pointed out i suspected was part of the trouble. After speaking with HA rep and owner only the owner finally agreed to add the extra piece as I pointed out THEY told us what was done would fix the issue and we didn't mind paying a small additional fee. They added the extra piece and still now after more heavy rains we have water coming in even though it is greatly reduced and yet city inspector states it's not their problem either, so i guess it's just an unfixable problem created by God??? It's a 30+ old subdivision but still fairly flat, God help anyone needing a system ina really hilly property."

The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."
