"SILA called to offer their annual heating inspection services given that I was a prior customer. The gentlemen they sent, Ivan, was very knowledgeable and thorough. He went over and above, and spent a lot of time explaining the parts of my boiler to me and likely failure points, gave some recommendations on my aging indirect water tank, and even answered a few questions I had regarding thermostat wiring. He was very patient, and left everything clean and exactly the same was as he had found it. He wore a mask, covered his shoes, and was very respectful. I've used SILA for my annual inspection every year the past five or so years."

"Robert did a fantastic job replacing my old water tank for an indirect water tank. He was able to troubleshoot all issues connecting the tank, which were very complex due to attachments to my boiler/furnace. He was kind and patient and explained everything to me. And, I thought his fee was very reasonable."

"I had a great experience with Premier HVAC replacing my old and leaking water heater. I was impressed that they were able to respond quickly and start working on the same day as my call, especially given the severely cold weather and other plumbers being busy replacing freezing pipes. The plumber was able to work with my very tight kitchen space and narrow hallways, and without having to remove the countertop in my kitchen. I am satisfied with the installation and would definitely consider Premier HVAC for future plumbing needs."

"Jorge and his son did an excellent job. I had them give me a quote for a replacement installation. He gave me a quote and I accepted. They were here the very next day on a Saturday. Worked all day to get it completed. Then cleaned everything up. I will continue to have them be my AC and furnace maintenance guy. He will be coming back to make a few tweaks if needed and make sure everything is working properly."
