Knew what to do, explained what they were doing so to educate me to make intelligent decisions on the work. Gave me heads up on any future problems they saw. "Workmanship (Billy Pearsall) was excellent and done quickly; very courteous and professional. However based on various options quoted and online prices for the same heater model, it seems that the premium for same-day service and 6 yr warranty on the labor and miscellaneous parts was over $500! If I were to do it over again, I think I could have survived a week without hot water and would have ordered my own heater. As it was, the labor (and overhead?) would calculate out to ca. $300/hr."

"The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."
