"Luke the install technician came out and did a reseal on a supply plenum for me, explained the process and how it would be fixed in way to make me understand what the issue was and how it would be remedied. Great communication on his part throughout the whole process and answered any questions or concerns I had. Kept his work area clean and when the job was completed he made sure to tidy up afterwards. Work that was done looked sharp and clean, did not look messy. Also could not complain about the price for the type of work preformed! Effective and efficient overall. He cleaned out my drainage pipe inside the unit that was clogged and instead of a big ticket fix (that I was afraid of) he got it working again. No leak!. He also found a screw to fit the corner of the blower unit that had come out a few months ago and reattached it.
