"I had a serious, bathroom pipe leak which other plumbers estimated would take 2 men, a full day, & approximately $2000 to fix, with additional costs for structural, restoration repairs resulting from their efforts to get to the pipe. "After the buyer of our house got the inspection report back, I called Service Works to have my water heater replaced. During the call I found that they could complete the other stuff I needed done as well! They replaced our water heater, 4 windows around the house and replaced our back door. I don?t know if the timing was perfect but they were able to come out that weekend and completed everything. They ran a magnet after to get any nails that had fallen and cleaned up everything. The owner Kameron was great to work with and I can not thank these guys enough. 10/10 would recommend this crew and will be using them in the future as well!!!"

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

I found this company's name on your site and when I called, they responded immediately.A call was made by the owner to find parts for one furnace and I was given an estimate on buying a new second furnance. As soon as the parts came in, I was called and an appointment was made. The repairs were made quickly and the area was left neat and clean. I would recommend this company and will probably use them to install the new furnace.
