"My issue was not an emergency so I was able to wait the 2 weeks Frank said he was already booked.  He and his sons came out at the appointment time and repaired the damaged chain link where it had had become disengaged from the the posts.  He gave me an estimate on replacing my chain link gate with a 6 foot tall one that I wanted.  He suggested that I try black chain link to match the trim on my home and wrought iron work around the patio.  What a great idea.  I didn't even know they made black chain link. When he returned a few days later with the new gate, unfortunately it didn't fit.  The standard gate sizes are 4 feet and 5 feet wide.   He told me that since my gate was not standard size,  I would need a custom built one that was 50 and 1/4 inches on each side, just like the old one, in order to fit exactly into the space and open like I wanted it to onto the walkways.  This was only an additional $100.  He brought the new gate that he made today and installed it.  It looks great - just like the standard one he'd brought earlier only it fit exactly.  During all this back and forth, Frank kept in touch to let me know what was happening.  I appreciate a company like that, where you don't have to keep calling and wonder what's going on.  I'll definitely use this company again if I have any fence work.
