They contacted me immediately and set up an appointment for the next day. </p> <p>The serviceman was prompt, put on booties, and was very nice. He spent 2 hours here because he told me he wanted to clean the pipe out way into the yard so it would not get clogged again. He also verified that there are no cracks or breaks in the pipe due to old age, tree roots, etc.</p> <p>I will definitely use this provider again.</p> <br />"

"Came the day I called. Had to order a new one and it arrived at plumbers and was installed 2 days after the initial service call. Installer was polite and knew what he was doing. He was very efficient, even had to haul it up that rickety attic ladder and bring the broken one back down. All with a smile on his face in an attic about 100 degrees."
