"I used Home Advisor late Tuesday afternoon to find a contractor. Brian called me immediately to confirm my needs and provide pricing. He also advised that he could have a technician at my home on Saturday to replace the door. I called Brian on Wednesday morning to confirm the install. He checked door and parts availability and told me he would have a technician at my home by mid-afternoon. Brett (technician) called me at 3:30 to tell me he was running a little behind but would arrive at 4:30. He arrived on time and immediately began removing the existing door and installing the new door. He was finished by 5:30. I had an existing opener on another door that was causing problems. Brett looked at it and determined that it needed to be replaced. He finished replaced the opener in less than an hour and was on his way by 6:30. Both Brian and Brett represented American Garage Door in grand fashion and I would highly recommend this company and their service to all that have issues with garage doors and / or openers. "This was a full garage door replacement with opener. Avi was great to work with. He helped me select the right door for my house and worked with me in pricing. The door was in stock and they were ready to install way before we were. The tech Deveon was assigned to an emergency call so he was late for my install but I understand emergency happen and it's nice to know they are prompt to respond to emergency situations. As he was installing it was discovered the warehouse loaded him up with an extra row of windows, shorted him a solid panel and gave him the wrong opener. Oops. He installed both window panels just to sucure my garage for the night and didn't install the opener. He was to return the next morning to swap out the extra window panel with a solid, install the correct opener and install trim. He had again been assigned to another emergency service to help another tech so again he was forced to be late. In the end the install was completed, I love the final results, Deveon was polite, knowledgeable and awesome to work with. Very happy and would recommend."
