"The person that came did a find job. The only issues I had was with the price. I thought the cost to fix the broken pipe was ridiculous . It was a emergency so, I didn't have time to actually search for a plumber. This plumber was willing to come that day which is what I needed. The pipe was broken underneath the house in plain sight. No digging, the pipe was broken at the "T" so that is what he replaced. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS IN HIS WORK, HIS PROFESSIONALISM OR HIS PUNCTUALITY. I WOULD BE HAPPY TO USE HIM AGAIN, IF HIS PRICES WERE LOWER, HOWEVER I MUST SAY THAT I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GET OTHER BIDS. SO I GUESSING THAT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER DEAL. "Significantly better than anticipated. <br /> I purchased new range and the gas connections were quite different. <br /> He arrived promptly (coming on a Saturday when he was unavailable for our tentatively scheduled Friday afternoon.) <br /> Accessed the issues (I had sent photos of the old connection from the wall) on the range, reviewed the issued on the washer. <br /> He went to store to get parts and got right to work. <br /> Worked cleanly and quickly making the gas connection of the range a closer fit to the wall than the previous model and quick work of the washer shut off valve and hose replacements. <br /> I live in a condo so am very concerned about weekend shutoffs of the common water and gas lines. I advised neighbors and there was little to no inconvenience due the the short time those services were shut down. <br /> Relighting of the water heater pilot light became an issue as the ignitor would not work and he worked with me to determine the unit was still under warrenty. He agreed to investigate the replacement part and deal with the maker directly for me. Part replacement will be completed at a later date when I have him back to work on some kitchen sink / faucet issues. <br />"
