Robert is great at communicating through phone/text and came back to my house to check on the progress every day for 5 straight days. "Thompson did a drain system for our entire basement, including two sump pumps, plus treated the area for mold. They also patched some areas on our basement walls, unrelated to the installation of the drain system. They covered our items in the basement with plastic to protect them from dust and laid plastic and paper to protect the flooring from the entrance to our home to the basement door._x000D_|_x000D_|The installation went very well. The finished product looks good and is ready for painting. We've had at least one good rain since the install and so far no leakage. The crew did a good job of cleaning up and removing debris, dust and the plastic. The project was finished on time."
