I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."

Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. It's a family-owned business and I believe it was the daughter who assisted me on that evening and while my car was being worked on, she actually drove me to the mall so that my daughter and I could shop while my car was being repaired and that's why I say the service is excellent. "The Technician was very professional,competent and responsive.
The company shows business hours 24/7. However, the customer support of the company after regular business hours is managed by a third party "answering service" who then relays customers' requests/ orders to the company's point of contact. I found it a little cumbersome to coordinate call through the third party answering service and there was an unnecessary lapse of conveying my request on time. However, for the most part, my experience with the company's direct customer support was without follies.
Being a small to medium size business, I wouldn't hold any experience as negative against the company. However, it will be better if they could manage their own calls answering service so that the orders can be processed within a reasonable timeline, specially for emergency services (e.g., no heating during freezing winter).
On my request, the technician gave me an informal pricing estimate for the replacement of the system which I needed.
At this time, they are within my top two prospective contractors for the final project of replacing the HVAC system.
I would strongly recommend them to other consumers looking for reliable, competitively priced, skilled professional company when considering heating/ cooling work.

"This is the first time i have ever had to do this and I think it went well. I used the coupon on angie's list that included sanitizing, there is another coupon on his website for 180$ but he said the angie's list coupon provides more service. He came out and cut three large holes in our duct work to get the equipment attached (because our duct work did not have holes in it already), when he was done he patched it up fine. It took him 2 hours to setup, go vent by vent to vacuum, and cleanup. He wore a mask while he worked, and did a pretty decent job cleaning up. I had a group of children in the house and he had to work around them but he managed. He recommended in addition to what he had done to get a mold treatment done or install a UV filter because I had white mold visible in part of the duct. Something we decided to wait on until further investigation."
