Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. After a beyond horrible experience with one of the Airport endorsed (shared) Van Services about a year and a half ago, I did not want to go with them again (or ever again for that matter!) and looked for an alternative on Angie's List.

Michael answered my phone call and arranged the trip for the following day confirming it by text message right away after I had send him details like my name, address and pick up time in the same way.

He himself showed up 5 minutes ahead of time in a big, clean car (with excellent AC on a above 90 degree humid day!), gave us all the time we needed to get ready, helped with stowing and unloading the luggage and gave us a very smooth ride to the airport.

"I actually did not move forward with this company. After calling + emailing to reschedule, they sent me a few text messages and went on a little "foot stomping" about me rescheduling. I've never experienced that with any service provider so that is why I graded them "C". I'm not in a business of giving less than stellar reviews, but I'm honestly stating my experience."

"The service went fine.  I wanted them to test if the carbon monoxide was leaking or something for the safety and also do the cleaning.  The guy that came out, didn't do any cleaning.  The good side was that he found that it was leaking; but the other hand, he said the machines were pretty old.  He can give some special price, if I want to make some major repairs.  I was not interested because of my purpose in the beginning was just to check the safety.  On the other hand, I was disappointed because he didn't do anything about the cleaning.  He came on time.  I got what I paid for.  The price was okay because he didn't charge more.  He tried to answer all my questions.  He came on the appointed day."

He worked neat clean. costumer support conact was provided for future service. He was very efficient. Very fair pricing, they also provide a discount on service during the winter time. He was the repairman for my old air conditioning unit. I am very very pleased with the service, I would highly recommend them."
