"7 months ago i hired local ac. I saw they had the lowest rates compared to their competitors and they did a great job. Excellent customer service. They are officially our family ac repair company."

"The Team at Coastal was fantastic! Very conscientious.. said what they were going to do and got it done. We had to replace our entire A/c. Got multiple bids- they were able to do a carrier system - at reasonable cost. I am recommending to friends and family! Will definitely use them again!"

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"They came to the house 30 minutes after calling about a broken air-conditioner. This was about 7:00 in the evening. He was able to find the problem and repair it in approximately an hour. I was very relieved that they could fix it, without replacing the compressor. Great service and very professional. I feel the price was fair for an evening service call. Thank you Jason Daniels.

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"The service went well. Two technicians came out and installed the system in 1 day. They were very nice, honest and down to earth. I did a lot of research and they had very good pricing. They were very knowledgeable and willing to come back for any adjustments.  I plan on using them again and had no problem scheduling with the company."
