The process began about three months ago with Jesse, a Certified Water Specialist, who thoroughly tested our water and designed a comprehensive system. He was patient, informative, and never pushy while I took time to decide. Installation was completed this past Monday and included sediment filtration, a water softener, radon and PFAS removal, and reverse osmosis to our drinking water and refrigerator ice maker. Patrick, the senior technician, and his assistant Ronald were professional, knowledgeable, and did a very clean, well-organized basement install. "Brian responded promptly, was professional and courteous. He came right away to do an assessment and returned within a few days to install a new water softener system. He presented me with a lower cost option that could have been done same day but I chose to replace a 17 year old system with a new system that is more accurate (better monitors water use) and less costly to operate because it uses less salt. He performed several preventative maintenance updates: re-piped and plumbed in a new particulate cartridge, cleaned the screen on the radon system and replaced the solenoids, all within the cost of what other companies quoted for only the water softener replacement. The last technician that serviced our water systems (Radon & RO) rushed through the job and left them in worse shape than they were before he "serviced" them.
