"DO NOT HIRE THIS PLUMMER. This plumber was hired thru a contractor to do a complete repipe for our house (taking out ply b and installing pex A). A 2 day job took 4 days because they only sent out 1 plumber with either 1 or 2 non plumbers FOR A COMPLETE HOUSE REPIPE. I asked Nick, the owner, to allocate more plumbers since it is such a big job. He did nothing. Should not have accepted a job that was too big for them. He also unilaterally tried to decide to leave some poly b piping in the master bath without even consulted the homeowner - not his call to make. One positive note was the few people that did show up, most notably Christian, put in long hours and did their best with what little they were given. Folks, you've been warned, look for another company and stay as far away as you can from this one."

"I am deeply disappointed with this company. I hired the services because there was water coming back from the basement?s bathtub drain and toilet. The technician went to my house, did an inspection, and told me I would have to move my septic tank, and that this would fix the problem. The new septic tank had a cost of $12,000, and the service was done on 06/20/2025. On the date 07/13/2025, exactly 23 days after the service was done, the same problems checked by the technician came back ? exactly 23 days later. I got in contact with the Integral Company about the problem coming back, and they told us it wasn?t the septic tank?s fault, even though they guaranteed to me that this was the reason for my bathroom leaks and that it would be over after the septic tank was fixed. They put a camera in the pipes and told us all we had to do was clean them. I had my son-in-law, who is a plumber, come here to fix it. They told us to rent a snake machine and clean those pipes. Terrible company."

"We had the opportunity to work with Chris and Billy from Peach Plumbing & Drain. They came to our rescue when my husband was unable to complete a kitchen faucet install. Billy is an amazing plumber. Extremely conscientious, knowledgeable, clean, proactive, friendly and works very quickly. In addition to fixing our faucet Billy helped to update our handles on the shutoff valves and replaced an old pea trap. Both Chris and Billy were very responsive and helpful individuals. "My appointment was on Monday 1/5/2026 to fix a leaky shower faucet that had continuous running water. Jordan Benavides responded and came to the job ill-prepared and without the proper tools to complete the work. He went to Home Depot, came back and still didn't do anything. He had one excuse after another and spent more time at his truck than on the job. I have him on videotape going to his truck 15 times, even sitting idly one time for 15 minutes. He charged $530 for the job and tried to price-gouge me for more business. After 2 hours of him stalling, I called dispatch and sent him on his merry way. I was left with a leaky faucet and a damaged shower handle which was working before. I called another company to fix the handle and solve my problem. If Jordan is indicative of the caliber of technicians Casteel employs or subcontracts, I will not be doing any further business with Casteel. "

"Due to pinholes in our 1980 home copper pipe system we needed a complete re-pipe done. Contracted with Plumbing Express. At 9 a.m. four of their specialists went to work with protecting our floors then got busy opening walls and removing the copper pipes. They were all friendly and professional and worked well together. By 6 p.m. we were back in business with all new cpvc piping and our home tidied back up. Our home has 3 bathrooms and the usual appliances and sinks and everything was working when they departed. Impressive! A couple days later their sheetrock guy came out and patched the walls and ceilings and matched the stippling perfectly in the ceiling. They delivered as advertised. I highly recommend Plumbing Express."
