Paid the extra bucks for emergency service, because of our smallish waterfall, looking leak, sprouting from a bathroom pipe, enough to puddle water onto our basement/laundry room floor. Initially, spoke to Chris, who was pleasant and upfront with the per hour fees, for emergency services. He sent us Tim, who was hesitant at first, due to the location of the leak, but his experience and knowledge, enabled him to decipher the location of our leak and fix it. A quick trip to Lowes, where he promptly returned and in 90 minutes, the job was done. A week later and the valve is bone dry. Yay!!!"

He then performed a walk through checking out our faucets and bathrooms for any water flow or pressure issues. James discovered that two of our baths had child proofing hardware that was preventing the water temperature from getting hot enough. He stayed and fixed the problem that had been confounding us for years. We would definitely re-hire for future plumbing needs."

"Robert called when he was enroute and arrived early. Hired him as an electrician for the day. During the day he replaced 2 ceiling fans and replaced 5 outside lights on the porch, garage, and back porch. He replaced a fuse for the ceiling fan, and changed out the front doorbell switch after trouble shooting it. He replaced a smoke detector and he replaced two light fixtures in our bathrooms. After completing all electrical work early, he gladly changed out a faucet in the powder room, and put up new 3-piece bathroom fixtures in all three bathrooms. All in a day's work. "Because of plumbing work done previously in my split foyer house, large sections of walls and ceilings in laundry room, bathroom and family room had to be cut to replace the drain pipes.  I e-mailed Anthony explaining what I needed.  He responded right away and came to my house the next day to look over the project.  He was very professional and gave me an estimate on the spot, the charge for materials and labor was less than I had expected.  The drywall crew came three days later as agreed.  They were careful to keep a dusty type of work as clean as possible and completed the major portion of the job in one day.  Part of a second day was required for the final sanding and painting.  The workers were very professional and they did a great job.  In fact they went above of what I had expected. "Okay. Howard had some difficulty reading the plan, and requested a week to do the work. We only had three or four days, so his manager said that could only happen if I helped with the work. No problem, I did the layout, and did most of the "tricky" parts of the work, cutting the ribbon boards for the 45 degree angles, so Howard and helper could focus on setting cleats, joists, and putting down decking. Howard was very prompt, but this sort of carpentry was not his forte, some of the decking cuts needed to be redone. I had to do all the railing work myself. He did help me with some plumbing work for the better part of one day, which is work he is better at. We settled on payment of about 2/3 of what his original quote was for the deck, and he showed no interest in doing any further work."
