"In August 2023, I had a slab leak. Mr. Terry from American Plumbing came and did a leak detection. It was a cold water line slab leak and I had to get 1 cold water line rerouted.. Fast forward to January 2024, some tiles in my floor felt warm to touch which I knew had something to do with pipes. I called Mr. Terry from American Plumbing and he came out that following Monday and performed a leak detection. It was a hot water slab leak from 2 lines. This time, Seth and Logan came out the very next day to reroute 2 hot water lines. One to the washer and one to the kitchen sink. These two guys are so awesome. Again, very knowledgeable and answered every question I had without hesitation and without getting annoyed. This company is top tier. From the initial phone call with Chelsie (both times) to Mr. Terry coming out, to Seth and Logan performing the repairs. I recommend this company everytime."

"I had water showing up in a odd place in my floor, but the water wasn't on top of the floor it was under the wood flooring. They came out, found that the leak was actually coming from the bathroom located right in my hallway, and it had been leaking in the wall, which lead the water to run under the wood and accumulate in this place, and also under the washer. Which I had not noticed. They located the problem and fixed it, turns out it was coming from, my shower valve. They fixed it, and helped me get a mold remediation done ASAP. NOT ONLY WERE THEY EFFECTIVE, THEY WERE KIND, RESPECTFUL, and you couldn't even tell they had been there. They did the best they could to help me price wise, which I was so thankful for. "Had several people look to try to determine where a water leak was coming from.  Rick walks in my master bathroom, places his hands on the tile floor and within minutes points out where leak was (hot water pipe).  Hired a "Leak Detection Firm" to confirm placement before Rick does the work.  Leak Detection Firm says leak is in another place.  Unfortunately sheetrock cut in my master bedroom to cap off the area the Leak Detection Firm indicated.  Leak was not there.  Before major damage done to wrong pipe, Rick found the correct area to cut off leak in another wall and capped it off.  Rick saved me lots of damage to my home and lots of money.
