"Stan K was awesome!! He was friendly, competent and efficient. Came in using all protective procedures that are now our norm right from the get. I had 2 ceiling fans replaced and the electric for the garbage disposal fixed (it was hard wired directly to a wall light flip switch that was laying on the floor at the bottom of the sink.) Super dangerous if the sink ever had a leak. I needed a medallion for the one ceiling fan or it would have looked awful he was so helpful and went on amazon showed me what I needed and I bought it. He made a note on my chart to the company that he needed to come back and finish the job and how long it would take so they scheduled me right away when it came in. Nothing but positives for this company and I will use them again and again and tell all my friends and family about them. The price was absolutely reasonable and they are amazing at answering any questions you have. Someone always answers the phone and the text the picture and the name of the person you can expect that is coming to your home is a plus and he showed up in a Company van. This was work was for my elderly dads house so it was important for all the identifying markers. Thanks Stan K"

"Had joe come out and fix a bad seal and a tune up on my peerless oil furnace. He was a very knowledgable technician, and explained everything he was doing. Being a mechanic i understand the trade industry, and it's hard to find good honest work, but joe is amazing and does just that, good quality honest work, and I will make sure I use joe in the future, and I HIGHLY recommend joe and his company it is well worth your money and peace of mind to know that you are getting a good quality service or repair!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. They are really good. I had four guys out here for, like three days. They put in a great heat pump real easily. Not only did they put in a new furnace, but the ducting that was in here at the house was, like, 30 years old so they tore it out and re-did it with custom ducting made out of big sheets of metal. They only charged me $3,000 for the furnace. I am glad I did because it has made a huge difference in the air quality here. They came out yesterday. They said they would be back for the winter servicing. I have an oil backup so they were out for a number of hours yesterday. They will service it for the next 10 years and it is under warranty for 10 years too. They are great guys. Frank Ford is the owner of it. He and his guys do excellent work and really care. Their prices are as good as anybody. The price depends on what unit you get so it is hard to say. These guys are terrific. I would say if you needed a new heat pump or furnace they should be number one on your list.

"I have nothing but praises to sing for this company! Our heat stopped working on us last week right before the temp was expected to drop significantly. I checked Angie's List, found Air Temp Solutions, submitted my issue and within minutes I received a phone call to set my appointment. They sent over Rob Teixeira who was EXCELLENT!!!! He immediately detected the issue which was the flame sensor, fixed it and viola...we had heat again in no time! We are planning on doing further work with this company as we need to have an additional return grille installed. "I have been going to WPSC during the past 1.5 year. One concern I had when I moved to the area was finding a trust worthy service center. I have tried a few, but WPSC has been the most reliable, trustworthy shop in the area. I have brought all three cars to this shop for inspections, oil/filter change, and other necessary services (one of the cars is still under warranty, but we still bring the car here for non-warranty related services).
