"They ran electric from the house to the garage; installed an outlet in garage, a security light and switch. Then they ran a wire for a front porch light, installed a plug, and another outlet. They are very knowledgeable, and all the work was done professionally. I do suggest to ensure everything you want is on the bid or it will not get done (my rookie mistake). I had them come out another time to complete the things I forgot to add."

"My appointment time was between 8am and 10 am. The installer (Enrique) arrived at 8:03 am . I had already decided where I wanted the fan to be installed. Enrique looked over the job and said that the location was fine. We talked for about 10 minutes about how the fan would be most effective. Enrique gave me his advice (he has been doing these installations for years). I declined his suggestion for additional vents, since I had a "full ridge vent" installed with my new roof last year. There was no pressure from Enrique, and he assured me that I can have additional vents installed later if need be. When the installation was complete, Enrique demonstrated how the fan works, the distance that the house windows should be opened and other helpful information. It is unbelievable how much air is moved thru the house with this appliance. It is going to be great! Enrique told me that the fan would be noisier in the hallway where I wanted the fan installed...the sound echos in that type of space. Indeed while standing in the hallway, it seems noisy, but in the very next room, the volume was not enough to interfere with watching TV. There is very little noise when the fan is switched to low. Enrique was prompt, professional, courteous, pleasant and well groomed. He respected that I was the customer. He covered the area he was working in and cleaned up when done. He worked quietly...as much as one can when using tools. He is efficient at his job. The whole job was done from knock on the door to driving down the driveway in about 3.5 hours. It is April, and I am sure when Denver gets its streak of 90 degree weather this fan will give the results I want. By the way....Enrique arrived in a fairly new, clean, well organized, well stocked van. This service was top-notch!!! In addition, Seymour, apparently the owner of this shop, interacted with me per email several times last summer, as I was trying to coordinate the fan installation with the new roof project. He spent considerable time giving me information. When I emailed 2 weeks ago I got exactly the appointment time I wanted. Great service all around."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"El Toro did a spectacular job for us. Our house is fairly large (7,000 sq. ft.) and they painted every single room including the garage. I am extremely particular about work done on my home and these guys met and exceeded my expectations. Gustavo keeps a very close eye on his crews but in this case that probably wasn't necessary because the crew and their foreman, Lupe, worked extremely hard and took exceptional care of our belongings. We took every picture off the walls along with all the switch and outlet plates and they didn't lose or misplace anything. I will absolutely hire El Toro for any of my future painting or construction needs and will recommend them to any friends or family needing work done...thank you El Toro!!!"

"The owner of the company came to our house and explained that not only was our electrical system out of date but the electric pole outside had been hit by lightening causing an outage in our home. It was a huge job and the owner and his workers handled it superbly! We had to have a trench dug in our yard and a new box put outside on a pole and a new fuse box. It was all completed within a day. Everything was done to code and all the workers where polite and professional.The owner even provided financing for the work. We contacted our Insurance Company and they paid for most of the work due to the lightening strike. Since it takes more than a few days to get the Insurance money we needed the financing to pay the company right away. It was amazing how fast they finished the work. I know it was a major job. The company offered fair pricing and quality work. They even came back after completion and raked the soil outside where the trench was dug to even out the yard. The owner of the company is a nice man who is professional, courteous, and just plain a nice man. I recommend this company highly to anyone who needs electrical work no matter how big or small the job is going to be."
