Diego and his associate, Angel, replaced my hot water heater today. They went above and beyond on this job replacing all my old pipes, and just cleaning everything up. "The technician showed up on time on the scheduled day. However they had a propane water heater instead of gas with them at the time. Apparently some kind of mixup on the paperwork at the office. The gas version of the same water heater was only available from their warehouse in Pueblo, and would take a minimum of two days to arrive. Due to the mixup, they agreed to do the installation of the water heater after hours at no additional cost to accommodate our schedule, since we were unable to arrange to be home again during the day that week. Installation went smoothly and i have no complaints about the work performed. Have used this company for other smaller plumbing tasks and they are reliable and reasonably priced for plumbing services. would use them again.

"Ralph was able to come to my house on an emergency call through HomeServe. The original provider was unable to come until Monday (today is Friday) and with the sewage/dirty water/smell coming out of the bathroom, it was just awful to smell and look at. Thankfully Ralph and his associate (Paul, I think) was able to come around 7:00 pm and fix the issue with efficiency and kindness. I apologized for the late call and he was very kind about it.
