"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. The owner explained their a/c service; and, since my house is over 10 years old and I have an indoor pet, cleaning the duct work seemed logical.  I appreciated the fact that there was no pressure put on me to get the additional service, just a clear explanation.  The Pure Air technicians were professional, courteous, and apparently knowledgeable.  They explained each step of the service; and, since the builder of my house installed the dryer vent incorrectly, they  suggested improvements for a later date.   My home smells and feels cleaner since the works was done; and I can dry a load of clothes in 1/3 the time--saving on my electric bill and wear and tear on the dryer.   I will definitely use this company again.

Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue!
