"There were problems with the installation of the heating system. We requested that either the owner or manager come out to inspect and resolve the issues. We were told the owner would be out at 3 pm. When he did not show up, we called and were then told the appointment had been rescheduled for 7:30. When someone did show up, it was out the installer who had done the initial work. Although he did fix some of the minor issues, he was dismissive of the others and did not address them. We again requested that either the boss or manager come out. We were repeatedly told we would be contacted, but have not heard back yet.***UPDATE 12/23/2020: After HomeAdvisors assistance, we were able to get them out here and all the problems were resolved."

"Very professional and reasonably priced. We have gotten a new ac unit installed, replaced our furnace and a broken water heater. They were very quick to get to us, and their work is excellent. Very friendly and helpful."

"I felt very over charged for the faucet replacement. There were no cost breakdowns or offers to use a comparable but cheaper option. I do not think I will use them again."

"I hired Douglass to do some handyman work (installing a doggy door and replacing some light fixtures). They were both wonderful to work with."

"Hunts services made replacing our 24 year old broken water heater as painless as possible. From the moment we called in we were greeted by warm friendly service. I called many companies and although they were not the least expensive they were worth it two fold. Called them Friday evening and Josh was at our home at 10am. I cannot say nearly enough positive things about the experience. I appreciate supporting smaller or family businesses as it feels more personal. They made us feel like they genuinely cared and instead of dealing with a company just wanting into your wallet, Hunts services feels like talking to friends or family. I very much so appreciate all their hard work they did helping us get hot water running again. Thank you Josh!!"

"I purchased a HeatPump system for my house but there was some issue after the installation. After a few times troubleshooting, NW helped to find and fix the issue. Glad that they are persistence in troubleshooting for their customers."

"We had central AC added to our home 5 years ago. We decided to get an AC and furnace tune up before the summer. Matt, the technician from One Hour Heating and Air, was on time and polite. He pointed out that our furnace filter had not been changed since 2022. Big oversight by me. Matt explained how the air flows through the furnace and the direction the filter needs to be placed. I marked with a sharpie on the furnace an arrow so I would remember next time. Positive experience."

"So glad we found this electrician! He replaced our ceiling fan and installed a surge suppressor for us, and both jobs came out great. Fast, efficient, and the quality really shows. It's such a relief to find someone you can trust to do the work properly. I would definitely use again for next project!"

"Jack and his crew are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, skilled, and easy to work with. They did a fantastic job, and were so respectful of our home! I hardly knew they were here half the time, they were so low-key. We had them do the baseboards and outer door frames on our living, dining, and hallway areas. We'd refinished the wood floors over the summer, and hadn't gotten around to painting and installing the new trim, and finally just realized we didn't want to do it ourselves, and hired it out. They completed the work yesterday, which was well in line with our agreements, and it turned out beautifully! I just walked down the hall, and said internally, "Wow, this looks so great." ? My partner said the same thing when he got home and inspected it. We're both impressed and pleased with it, and Isaac's attention to detail, and willingness to be super diligent for me, were highly valuable! We are already planning to hire them again, to do the trim in the kitchen, and replace a window in the garage that is broken. I highly recommend Jack, Isaac, and Josh."
