Envision excelled in all critical project phases.   Background:  A sewer pipe backed up into almost all my lower level. When the clean up company was done after about 4 days, all the floors were ripped out, and most of the dry wall was pulled out, including a room whose remodeling was completed three weeks before sewage backup.   Bid Process:   Envision submitted  a bid that was easy to understand and  specific about materials  to be used in its statement of work.  Other bids had few details or were 40 pages long, but none of the other bidders told you what you were getting for your dollars. Pre-Project:  Jason Mills insisted we determine and fix the cause of the sewer backup before he would begin the remodeling.  It was wise advice and I will always be grateful to Mr. Mills for giving it.   Access to High Quality Vendors:  Every Envision vendor I dealt with including selecting  cabinets, tile, flooring, etc., amazed me with both the helpfulness of the  staff who guided me in myselection, and the quality and value.  The Envision experience was so positive and such a contrast. When I redid my kitchen the spring before, I had to deal with vendors who were smug, and patronizing, and extremely unhelpful.   Highly Skilled Professionals:    Both the Envision crew and the subcontractors know what they are doing, and work is done with skill, care and neatness.   Exceptional project Management:   Jason Mills really got what needs to be done on a remodeling project.  He and Brian, who was our project manager, never lost focus on
all the details of supplies needed and schedule to be followed.  Envision took a space that was basically gutted and
not just remodeled but transformed  it. From the dry wall and painting, to completely redoing a full bath, and  a laundry room, and a  library,  all the  rooms  exceeded my expectations, even the closets.

"After receiving bids from several companies, we selected Sunshine Contracting to replace all of the windows in our house with Sunrise windows, do a complete removal and replacement of all of the siding on our “Tudor style” house with James Hardi fiber cement siding, and replace all existing gutters and downspouts. This job was particularly complex due to the style of the house and the multitude of “Tudor style” architectural designs that needed to be maintained and replicated with the James Hardi fiber cement boards. This was also a challenge because the previous trim boards were all rough sawn cedar and the stucco panels and lap siding were vintage 1979 Masonite. The quality of the work performed by Sunshine Contracting was outstanding, and yes, we would contract with them again if we had to do it all over again. Their professional siding craftsmen had experience in re-siding Tudor Style homes and were able to replicate all of the intricate carpentry previously done in the rough sawn cedar with the James Hardi fiber cement board. Any concerns or issues that we raised, were immediately addressed by the team and corrected. The Project Manager and Team Leads were always there and available to us, and answered all of our questions. The whole crew was very professional and friendly, and they did a great job cleaning up after every working day. Sunshine Contracting has now taken us from a home that required outside maintenance on a regular basis, to one that is essentially maintenance free! "Excellent Work and Professional Owner and Crew! The existing roof soffits and facia on my parents old house were rotted and falling apart. I contacted several different companies and when I contacted the Mark Meredith LLC company, the owner himself, Mark Meredith, agreed to meeting with me personally in the evening to review the proposed work that needed to be done to repair the roof soffits and facia. Mark took the time to walk around the entire house, and he pointed out the work that he recommended needed to be done immediately and the work that could be deferred for some time. Talking with Mark, I found him to be very knowledgeable and friendly. Mark ultimately recommended that roof soffits and facia on the entire front of the house and the front of the garage be replaced with brand new PVC to replace the existing Particle Board roof soffits and facia. Whereas the other companies were only recommending repairing the damaged areas. I agree with Mark that all of the roof soffits and facia most likely should be replaced, and we agreed on a mutually acceptable price. My wife oversaw the work done by the Mark Meredith crew, and she was very impressed with the professionalism of the crew and was pleased with their politeness. Additionally, my wife reported back to me that Mark was correct in his assumption that all of the existing roof soffits and facia was rotten and needed to be replaced, as she watched the old existing roof soffits and facia "come off in rotten chunks". When all of the work was completed, once again Mark Meredith himself, met with me and my wife to review the completed work and explain the work that had been done. As I stared previously, my wife and I are very impressed with the professionalism of the Mark Meredith LLC company and we are very pleased with the work that the company did!"
