"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors... "Brooks has been servicing our units for a while. Unfortunately the units originally installed in the home needed to be replaced. Alex came out and gave us a good system that more that met our needs and was reasonable with the price. Within a few days two excellent techs came out to remove the old heat pump/ac unit. One minor mishap occurred and the company, tech and Alex could not have been more gracious about it and resolved the issue quickly. These guys really care. Both techs were excellent, knowledgeable and tidy. Alex checked in with us and the techs to check in and make sure things were running smoothly.
