"Furnace was not operating because the company's automatic delivery system ran me out of oil.
Technician showed up promptly and got the furnace operating but could not get heat into the house. Had to reschedule to have zone valves replaced. Technician show up late and didn't have the required parts. Had to reschedule again.
The third technician showed up on time with all the correct parts and worked most of the day to get the system operating properly.
He was completely knowledgeable and very conciencious that everything was working correctly.

They call and schedule a day and time, always show up in the window or call if there is a change. This last time they had the wrong filter with them, they offered to come back in 2/3 days or to have it shipped directly to us so we could replace. It went smoothly and all was taken care of! Professional staff, took every precaution to keep our house clean while they worked, cleaned up afterwards....very customer focused. They met every timeline they provided. The ladies in the office staff were super friendly. Of note, it took a few days before we could get system installed. They delivered and installed window units in the den and bedrooms to get us through the hot days. All i all, a great experience and we can't recommend going anywhere else."

They identified three different replacement HVAC system options across a range of prices and capabilities. Once my decision was made, their office arranged for a technician to take measurements. He efficiently reviewed the situation prior to the day of the installation. On the day that the work was done, the installation team provided advance notice of their arrival. They laid down plastic sheeting to cover carpets, wore PPE, and accessed the work area through the patio and basement to minimize direct contact during COVID. The work was completed on-time and within budget. The team gave me the HVAC product brochures and registration information, and I was able to register successfully for an extended parts warranty with the manufacturer. In the future I'd be very happy to have Reddick & Sons provide regular check-ups of the HVAC system."

The extraordinary part came when I went to pick up the car. My bumper had become detached on the drivers side a few years ago when I was parked at the Metro.
