"McCrea replaced a 20 year old HVAC system with a new Trane 4-ton XL16i condenser, XV80 furnace and new coils. The salesman, Mark, was very responsive to my request for quote changes or additional items, including financing options. He was very knowledgeable and patient through the entire process as I worked with other companies for competing quotes. As a result of Mark’s recommendations and excellent pricing, I added on a new Aprilaire 1210 filter box (including replacing a portion of the return duct work/box) and an Aprilaire 600M whole house humidifier. I was able to schedule install four days after signing the contract. The installers, Charles and Christian, arrived on time and removed the old and installed the new in about 7 hours. They provided an overview of system operation and cleaned up so well, you couldn’t tell that a significant installation had occurred. I would recommend McCrea, especially Mark, Charles, and Christian to anyone...they were professional and did an excellent job. My home is so much more comfortable with a system that will be better on the summer and winter utility bills."

"It went very well. They did a good job. The cost was over $400. I don't know whether or not that's too high or not. I seldom have plumbers in so I can't say the cost was high, although I was surprised it was $400, but that could be the going rate. He seemed very agreeable and very happy. I needed something and he was happy to get it. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in that regard. As for the quality of their service, so far so good. Everything went okay. It stopped leaking."

"September 2019, my water heater broke and TC HVAC Services replaced it with a new water heater. And they also fixed my AC and fridge. Recently, in October 2019, TC HVAC Services installed a new humidifier in my home. Mr. Thea Chea, the specialist was professional, honest, and he answered all of my questions. The repairs and installation were completed in a timely manner. And costs were reasonable and fair. I would definitely use TC HVAC Services again and I have recommended TC HVAC Services to my family and friends. Thank you, Mr. Chea and TC HVAC Services LLC."

"Great -- they call to set up the appointment, talk to me to choose a good time for both of us, call to say they're on their way.
Very thorough, they answer all our questions regarding our furnace, AC, humidifier, everything.  We had them install the whole thing for us back in 2007.

"I've been pleased with them. They put in our central air and I think they do a good job. I hear other companies come and do a maintenance check and they're less expensive, so I'd give them a B for price. My experience with them was satisfactory. They put in our central air we do pay them yearly for the maintenance checks of the system."

"The technician ( Justin Stephenâ s) was very polite and answered all my questions. The next time I need a plumbing install or repair, I would not hesitate to request him ."

"We had a problem with a drain from a window well that would result in continuous flooding in our basement. We were finally able to fix the problem with the drain and hopefully prevent further flooding. So we contacted two businesses about mold remediation and removal of the damaged drywall and paneling. The first company, provided a good estimate but they were not as professional or reliable as we wanted. After searching online we were able to located American Home Services and then used Angie's List and saw they had great reviews. I immediately called them about receiving a free estimate and they offered to be out at my house the next day to give us an estimate. The President of the company was the person who came out to give us our estimate. He was able to explain everything that would need to be done a reasonable time frame (2 days). I received the completed estimate within 24 hours and scheduled the appointment shortly there after. American Home Services responded on time and placed plastic down in the hallway that leads to our basement to prevent any damage to our floors. My wife and I then waited as they worked for the day and after they completed the days work, they then showed us the basement and what they completed. Overnight they left a dehumidifier and other equipment to complete the work. The next day they came back and hand cleaned any spots that weren't completely cleaned within the first day's work. After they were done, I was then shown the basement and the work that was done. I then received a receipt for the services and a print out of all the work/chemicals that were used in the basement during the repair. American Home Services then provided us with a warranty to come back and fix any problems within the first year. Overall American Home Services is a great business that is willing to work with their clients and make sure that their needs and concerns are met.
