"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"Although he ran later than he'd originally said, James was very good about calling to let me know he was on the way and once he got here he was very efficient in his work. He also took the time to look at some other potential projects with me, explained what would need to be done, provided cost estimates and answered my questions. He's very knowledgeable and did a great job with everything he did, including clean up and removal of trash. I'm looking forward to having him work on other projects here at my house and I know the work will be done efficiently, carefully, and professionally. I recommend him highly! <br />"
