They worked tirelessly all day to remove old concrete, lay a new pipe system, pour new concrete, install sump pump, and seals. They prepped the walls and sealed and painted with Loxon paint. Radon seals were included in the redone areas. The outside work included installation of a new underground drainage pipe with pop up exit drain. A rubber membrane was installed behind the house siding. We?ve had several days of heavy rain since the waterproofing work was completed and the basement floor and walls have remained dry. "They worked very hard to level and square the retaining walls and patios. We were very impressed by the lack of cutting corners. Our original patio and retaining walls were never properly installed and they appear to have corrected this problem. For years, we also had a drainage problem on the two sides of the house. They installed a French drain on one side and a basin drain on the other. Time will tell if this completely solves the problem, but the drains were working over the last two days of rain. We were so impressed by the quality of their work that we are having them come back to do a few more landscaping items.
