"After being gone almost all day this past Monday I came home to find water on the floor from a Leaking commode / toilet. After turning off the water at the supply valve and cleaning up the mess. I contacted homeadvisor.com the next day, and a short time later was contacted by Chris Fauver Plumbing . Chris Fauver Plumbing was able to secure a new complete toilet unit and install it the same day. I found Chris Fauver to be very professional and fair on the price of parts and labor on this repair. The removal of the old unit and the reinstall of the new one went without any issues and I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing long before he told me he had been doing this type of work for well over twenty years I will contact Chris Fauver Plumbing for any of my future plumbing needs. "James showed up on time and got promptly to business. He checked out our hot water heater and flushed it. He then performed a walk through checking out our faucets and bathrooms for any water flow or pressure issues. James discovered that two of our baths had child proofing hardware that was preventing the water temperature from getting hot enough. He stayed and fixed the problem that had been confounding us for years. We would definitely re-hire for future plumbing needs."

"Albout 14 units replaced but there were some issues with cabinets that had to be repaired since the employee damaged the doors. The damaged was repaired. There was a clall back on several of the heaters but that was a function of the heater manufacturer. These items were addressed and put in working order. There was some concern that the heaters were seconds but we were assured that this was not the case. I think the job was too large and smaller jobs will be handled apropriately

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."
